Fear is an incredibly powerful emotion and it affects
most of us every day of our lives. We are born with
only two fears, the fear of loud noises and the fear
of falling. All the other fears that we have in our
lives are learned. Sometimes we get the learned fears
of earthbound spirits that may be attached to us or
maybe a fear energy they came from a past life or the
fear energy of an attached soul mind fragment of some
person who may be living or dead. Wherever the fear
comes from, either from our own experience or from the
experience of an attached energy, we have to deal with
it.
Fear is directly related to our primitive "fight
or flight response" that is part of our personal
survival system. In our past there may have been a saber
tooth tiger in a tree about to pounce on us and we had
to quickly decide if we were going to fight the tiger
or run from it. In either case, the body prepares itself
for the action we are about to take in our defense and
it comes from our subconscious mind. For instance, adrenaline
begins to flow through our bodies and causes many physiological
changes such as rapid breathing for more oxygen, rapid
heart rate to increase the flow of blood, increased
rate of blood clotting so if we get bitten, we won't
bleed so much, etc. These responses are necessary but
they are like the afterburner of a fighter jet. They
are only for emergency use. If you keep the afterburner
on in a fighter jet too long, you have to replace the
engine because the stress wears it out prematurely.
The same is true for fear in us, if we have it constantly,
the "fight or flight" response stress will
wear us out prematurely.
The problem is that the subconscious must protect us
from all danger, real or imagined, and it cannot tell
the difference. There may be a tiger in the tree or
maybe you are scared of your boss or an energy attached
to you is scared of something. Wherever the fear comes
from, it has the same response in us physiologically.
It is a great stress and it can damage us. The fear
stress also lowers our physical and psychic immune systems
making us prone to the invasion of pathogens like microbes
and virus's and foreign energies if they are not already
attached to us.
So what can we do to help protect ourselves from this
great stress? It is hard enough to deal with our own
life fears, but when we also have to deal with the fears
of attached energies, it can be overwhelming and destroy
us. That is why demonic energies that are naturally
attracted to people of the light to destroy them, use
fear so much in their reign of destruction. Demons will
either bring in fear by themselves or get fearful earthbound
spirits or soul-mind-fragments, created by fear energy,
to attach to the person of light. The poor person is
now full of fear, not only his own, but also from the
attachments.
In many cases, a person's own fears can be dealt with
by using cognitive means and, with the help of hypnotherapy
resolve fears at deep levels of consciousness, that
have trampled him all of his life. Some of the person's
own fears may be from past lives in which the fear energy
was not dealt with and continues to affect the person
in this life. Hypnotherapy can usually resolve these
past life fears by taking the person back to the source
of the fears in the fearful past lives and either resolve
them there or cut off the fear energy from the fearful
past lives so that it cannot affect this lifetime.
Dealing with attachments can also be resolved with
hypnotherapy using Spirit Releasement Therapy (SRT).
Usually, the SRT hypnotherapist will first remove any
demonic energies from the layers of consciousness affected
and then remove any other earthbound or soul-mind-fragment
attachments. Once this is done, the subconscious can
be reprogrammed to reject the fears from the attachments
and positive reprogramming can help with handling the
person's own life fears.
One of man's biggest fears is the fear of death and
I will deal with this fear in another article. Actually,
the greatest fear we have is public speaking. It is
said to be more than the fear of death. I will deal
with public speaking also in another article.
