BACKGROUND :

Dr. Duckett is considered one of the most brilliant minds of our time on scientifically proving how thoughts create our material lives. He has made numerous discoveries including The Mental Codes-Overcoming Thoughts That Keep You Stuck in Life, The Bio Neuro Technique for rapid reprogramming of limiting thoughts, Emotional/Spiritual Prototyping to accelerate the results desired when using the Law of Attraction.

Dr. Duckett delivers his life changing technologies in the most simplified manner so you can implement his information quickly into your life. At this meeting you will discover many missing pieces to Upgrading Your Life to the Next Level.

What if there really was a basic, simplified approach to success? What if you didn't have to read another book on the subject of becoming happier and more financially sound? What if you discovered the exact plan for your life to become complete? Well, this is what's in store for you at the upcoming Upgrading Life Seminar at our home.

Learn why goals and action steps don't work by themselves. How many times have you set a goal and didn't accomplish it? There is simple reason why goals (resolutions) don't work by themselves. You're going to be amazed to discover the solution to accelerating prosperity in all areas of your life.

  • Learn how to train yourself to think from the Seat of Executive Function portion of the brain for greater success and personal power. This is the last area of the human brain to develop in adulthood (18-22 years old). This particular area of the brain has been identified as the primary focal point of successful thinking. In other words, "Successful people use the Seat of Executive Function naturally for problem solving, manifesting desires, and increasing personal charisma." A simple exercise will show you how to activate this area and help you to begin using this prefrontal brain function to create a totally different life.
  • Learn the secret to developing courage to overcome the barriers of fear. Success or prosperity is always limited to the level of a person's greatest fear. This means if you don't diminish the limiting fear or find a way to courageously control it-you'll never go past your current level of success. Dr. Duckett will share some simple techniques to unleash your hidden-self. The hidden-self is the powerhouse individual that lies dormant in most people's mind and is only awaken when fear is handled appropriately.
  • Learn how to write a Life Plan that is activated daily. When a person is activating his or her life plan on a daily basis, everyday is a success. Without a Life Plan, it's impossible for the individual to ever become fulfilled.
  • Learn how to increase your happiness, financial well-being, love, and spirituality, while decreasing the co-efficient factor of life's hardships.

This lecture will be one of those moments that will make you look at life from a totally different perspective. You'll learn how to become the cause of things happening instead of the effect.

What will be different for you this year in comparison to the years past? Truthfully, most people will not change their lives (in any area) very much year after year. Regardless of the good intentions, if you don't learn some of the simple life applications from this seminar, you will continue to seek a better existence with limited results.

You can discover new levels of success that will make life a journey of pleasure instead of the constant struggle. If you're ready to make your livelihood a labor of love and increase your happiness by ten fold, you'll want to be at this important NGHGA 2012 meeting on February 20 to help you kick off the New Year with purpose and confidence.

So, mark your calendar for our next meeting and be here to learn, network with your colleagues, drink great margaritas, eat wonderful food, listen to this exciting presentation and have fun. All this and you also earn TWO NGH CEU RE-CERTIFICATION CREDITS.

The membership allows members to stay current through attendance at the monthly meetings as well as earn the continuing education credits needed for continued practice. Dr. Skillas also noted the role the AFLCIO plays in providing a political voice and legislative support for its members. Dr. Skillas noted that he provides membership information to newly certified hypnotherapists but not many join.

Dr. Skillas mentioned that we are fortunate to be in a profession that helps people. He also mentioned that despite the good work we do for other people, many of us work long hours and don't make enough money. He then introduced Donald Simon, a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant, Author and Healer who came to speak with us about the changes going on in our society and how we can use them to grow our professional businesses and improve financial results.

Presentation: Don began by noting that we are in a time of change. Don feels that we are going to move into a period where there will be no major wars or environmental destruction. One of the reasons for this change is that it is too expensive to continue on our current course.

Don discussed the importance of "spiritual weightlifting" and discussed the benefits of prayer, meditation and visualization. He also mentioned how important it is for healing practitioners to collaborate with one another.

With respect to our businesses, Don talked about the importance of customer service. Keeping in touch with clients with follow up calls is important. Also, we should look at our websites as though we were looking at them for the first time, checking the links and buttons, etc. Don mentioned that having a blog can really improve your visibility on the Internet by making your website more interactive as well as raising your websites ranking in Google searches. Don also discussed Google Ads as a way to gain visibility and mentioned that Facebook has become an important marketing tool.

To close, Don talked about looking for ways to get the most improvement with the least amount of cost and effort. He also warned us against hidden beliefs in poverty and limitation. Don's discussion was perfectly timed with the start of the New Year. We thank Don for his wisdom, insight and expertise.

Presentation: The Professional Development Speaker for the November 2011 Meeting was Boo Newell; Psychic Medium Clairvoyant Clairaudient Animal Communicator. Boo spoke for just over 2 hours about communicating with animals. She talked about the different channels animals use to communicate with us
through virtually all of our senses, including tastes, smells and emotions. She also discussed some of the items that can prevent us from connecting and receiving messages from our animals. In particular she discussed the need to be open to our imaginations and remaining non-judgmental. She emphasized the importance of respect in communication and warned that feelings of human superiority can be a block to communication. She expressed that unconditional love for yourself is the foundation for psychic communication.
Throughout the presentation, Boo channeled advice from her guides and spoke with much wisdom and truth. She talked about the very important role our pets play as our teachers and helping humans on their spiritual paths. Boo feels that our pets have purposely chosen to take a role as our teachers. She explained that many of the issues and problems we have with our pets is actually their attempt to teach us something important about ourselves. Boo explained that often readings regarding her clients' pets turn into readings about the clients themselves.
At the end of the presentation, Boo did a reading for a married couple attending the meeting. Their dog had been acting aggressive to one of the family members. Boo was able to connect with the family dog and helped the couple understand how their behaviors were causing the dog to act aggressively.
Boo was a pleasure to listen to and all of the members took home a great deal of insight about their pets, wild animals and themselves. We thank her for her wonderful contribution to our meeting.

He shared with us his insight and knowledge about this important subject from his own perception of reality and faith. Tim took us through a guided meditation and explained in simple language how to reach the subconscious self and to access our guides and the Divinity within us. His presentation was at once instructive and inspiring and brought everyone fortunate enough to be there to an understanding of their relationship to the Creator and to everyone who ever existed. He spoke about how we were all part of all that is and that we all came from the same place and how we are all part of the same oneness that is our collective divinity. The Chinese call this energy Chi and it can affect us in diverse and surprising ways. Bernadette spoke about the fact that Feng Shui captivates the imagination. She said that furniture placement; color, direction and the five elements seem to take on supernatural powers that link you to a secret world of alchemy - and a sense of wonder emerges when you witness synchronistic responses to your Feng Shui adjustments. She stated that Feng Shui is a personal thing in that we hold the key to how we focus the Chi energy on what matters to us individually. Bernadette explained about "clutter" and it's effect upon our lives. She also discussed the "Bagua" and how to use it and explained the five elements and their effects in using the Bagua in Feng Shui to bring optimum energy flow to our homes. Everyone enjoyed her presentation and she provided, free of charge, a book on her own experiences with Feng Shui. It was an brilliant presentation and all who were here enjoyed it.
